Any Educational Institute/School/College/ITI/Organization who can fulfill the following conditions of required documents and rules & regulation can apply for affiliation and fill the Admission & Information Centre form along with the relevant documents.
1. School/College/ITI/Educational Institutions//Organization should be running under Registered Trust/Society/Firm/Company.
2. A copy of Certificate of Registration of Trust/Society/Firm/Company.
3. Copy of the resolution passed by the Management Committee regarding obtaining affiliation from Patrachar Shiksha Parishad (PSP) on the letter head of the Trust/Society/Firm/Company
4. The Trust/Society/Firm/Company should be educational and actively functioning with proper address.
5. Copy of Pan Card of Trust/Society/Firm/Company.
6.
Copy of address proof if on rent, Copy of rent agreement, Electricity bill in the name of Trust/Society/Firm/Company if owner.
7.
Ten Photos of office Building showing the complete area of the office building.
8.
Identity Proof and address Detail of the owner of the organization with contact details.
The documents, By-laws and address of the organization will be properly inspected by the Patrachar Shiksha Parishad (PSP) and after inspection if everything is found authentic then the organization will be awarded with a provisional affiliation of one year which will get automatically renewed after one year under some conditions. The affiliated organization shall remain opened for the Inspection by the Inspectors appointed by PSP any time.
Affiliation of the school/institution/Organization can be withdrawn if the concerned institution is not following the rules and regulations or is promoting hatred between different sections of the society in any manner or is committing any malpractice in connection with admission/examination. Affiliation can also be withdrawn if the affiliated institution is found to be deliberately indulging in improper activities. If it is proved that the affiliated school/institution/ organization is causing harm to the name and style of the PSP, the authority can cancel the organization with immediate effect.
